In order
to cover all the national territory, the Commission has established
regional offices with fixed and mobile teams in charge of collecting
testimonies, filling out records, making reports, investigating
cases, and promoting dissemination and education initiatives.
Regional office manage Zone Offices which are decentralized
offices directed by a zone coordinator that also have mobile
and fixed teams. Mobile teams travel to remote districts
and communities without offices.
We have also foreseen short-term teams, or research groups
established for a fixed period of time to carry out the tasks
mentioned above.
