PRISCILLA HAYNER (USA)

She has studied Truth Commissions for almost one decade. She has been a consultant for Truth Commissions for many governments and organizations, including the United Nations, the Ford Foundation and recently Sierra Leona and Eastern Timor (Indonesia). She has just published “Unspeakable Truth: Confronting State Terror and Atrocity” in which she gathers the result of investigations by 20 truth commissions. She is Program Director for the International Center for Transitional Justice (ICTJ).
