The Truth and Reconciliation Commission will have a nineteen
month-term to perform its work. This can be extended for five
more months if necessary. At the end of its work the Commission
shall submit a report to the President of the Republic and
to the heads of other State Powers, which shall also be disseminated
to the population.
All the documents and testimonies received
by the Commission will be reserved and at the end of its mandate
will be handed
over to the Ombudsman’s Office.
